本文为探清糖尿病是否遗传,我们调查了糖尿病240例之一级亲属,以了解糖尿病的遗传和环境的关系。调查对象:对240例已确诊的糖尿病患者进行一级亲属调查,同时将240例非糖尿病患者的一级亲属作对照组,二组年龄、性别相同。根据Falconer公式计算遗传度。调查糖尿病的环境因素。
In order to find out whether the inheritance of diabetes, we investigated 240 cases of first-degree relatives of diabetes in order to understand the relationship between genetic and environmental diabetes. Subjects: 240 cases of diagnosed patients with first-degree relatives of diabetes were investigated, at the same time 240 cases of non-diabetic first-degree relatives as control group, the two groups of the same age and gender. The degree of heritability is calculated according to the Falconer formula. Investigate the environmental factors of diabetes.
