本文在１８９６例无负荷试验（ＮＳＴ）监护图型中出现自发胎心率减速图型１６例，占ＮＳＴ图型的０．８４％，分析表明ＮＳＴ出现自发胎心率减速异常都是胎儿缺氧的信号，表示胎盘储备功能不良，如合并基线变异减少或消失说明胎儿缺氧严重。应结合孕妇及胎儿其他指标进行综合判断，尽快终止妊娠。
