黎明农场七分场,现有橡胶面积4,067亩,茶叶2,097由;1984年胶茶总产值达102万元,利润17.24万元,是一个胶茶并举的生产单位。 七分场胶茶林地在海拔850—1,000米之间。年平均气温19.8℃,历年极端最低气温-2.2℃,历年极端最高气温39℃,平均日照39.4％,年平均降雨量1,355毫米(最大年降雨量1,596毫米,最小1,097毫米),年平均相对湿度84％。以上综合因子基本符合橡胶发育生长及产胶的要求,但条件较差,有的年份橡胶寒害重,是一个典型的三类植胶区。
