《儒林外史》和《围城》都是以“士林”为表现对象的讽刺文学作品。但《外史》偏重社会、伦理的视角,猛烈地批判那个时代文化人的社会文化人格.深层仍是重建正统儒道价值理想的渴望;《围城》取的是哲学人类学的视角.从反讽的角度观照现代文化人的人性弱点,揭示现代人类的生存困境.不是偏重价值的重建而是偏重价值的解构。《儒林外史》与《围城》的这种差异不仅反映着作家个性的差异,也是时代使之然。
Both “Scholars” and “Besieged City” are satirical literary works based on “Shi Lin”. However, the history of the outside world placed a heavy emphasis on the social and ethical perspectives and violently criticized the social and cultural personalities of cultural people in that era. Deep is still the desire to rebuild the ideal value of Orthodox Confucianism and Taoism. The siege of the siege is from the perspective of philosophical anthropology. From the perspective of irony, we should look at the weaknesses of human beings in modern culture and reveal the predicaments of modern mankind. It is not value-oriented reconstruction but value-oriented deconstruction. This difference between “Scholars” and “Besieged City” reflects not only the differences of the writers’ individualities but also the times.
