2014年11月6日,住房城乡建设部公布关于印发《建筑业企业资质等级标准通知》,新标准自2015年1月1日起施行。原建设部印发的《建筑业企业资质等级标准》(建建[2001]82号)同时废止。与《建筑业企业资质等级标准》(建建[2001]82号)对比,新资质标准中的专业承包资质由原先的60项减少为36项,其中,与建筑工程领域有关的变化是:土石方工程、混凝土预制构件、高耸构筑物、电梯安装、金属门窗工
On November 6, 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development promulgated the Notice on Printing and Issuing the Grade Standard for Qualifications of Construction Enterprises, and the new standard will come into force on January 1, 2015. The “Construction Enterprise Qualification Standard” (Jianjian [2001] No. 82) issued by the former Ministry of Construction shall be abolished at the same time. Compared with the Grade of Construction Enterprises Qualification Standard (Jianjian [2001] No. 82), the professional qualification of the new qualification standard has been reduced from 60 to 36, of which the changes related to the construction engineering field are: earthwork Engineering, prefabricated concrete components, towering structures, elevator installation, metal doors and windows
