合成了2-吡啶甲醛缩苯二胺双席夫碱Zn(Ⅱ)配合物,通过元素分析和IR对配合物进行了表征。采用MTT法评价配合物体外抗肿瘤细胞增殖活性,通过光谱法和粘度测定法研究生理pH条件下Zn(Ⅱ)配合物与DNA的相互作用。结果表明,2-吡啶甲醛缩苯二胺双席夫碱Zn(Ⅱ)配合物对人白血病细胞(K-562)、人肝癌细胞(SMMC-7721)、人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)均有较强的体外抗肿瘤细胞增殖活性,配合物以部分插入方式与DNA结合。
The bis (Schiff base) Zn (Ⅱ) complexes of 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde poly (phenylenediamine) were synthesized and the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and IR. MTT assay was used to evaluate the anti-tumor activity of the complexes in vitro. The interaction between Zn (Ⅱ) complexes and DNA at physiological pH was studied by spectrophotometry and viscometry. The results showed that Zn (Ⅱ) complex of 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde poly (phenylenediamine) double Schiff base could inhibit the proliferation of human leukemia cells (K-562), human hepatoma cells (SMMC-7721) and human breast cancer cells (MCF-7) A strong in vitro anti-tumor cell proliferation activity, the complex with part of the way to insert DNA binding.
