党的十八大以来,习近平总书记站在党和国家全局的高度,把全面依法治国作为“四个全面”战略布局的重要组成部分,系统阐述了全面依法治国的一系列重大理论和实践问题,丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义法治理论,为我们加强法治建设提供了根本遵循和行动指南。福建省委理论学习中心组进一步认识到,一定要把深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于全面依法治国的重要论述,与学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话和来闽考察重要讲话精神结合起来,充分发挥法治的引领、规范和保障作用,不断开创法治福建建设新局面。
