我厂生产的QY-8全液压汽车起重机在液压管路中有四种17件(单台)采用焊接式管接头联结,见图1。焊接式管接头在制造和使用中有以下缺点: 1.接管须切削加工,既费时,又费料。 2.接管与管体拼焊时存在错位、焊疵、气孔、氧化皮等缺陷,焊后须清洗管路。 3.由于焊缝高出使联结螺母活动范围小,给安装和调试带来不便。为解决上述问题,将其改为冷压式整体接头,现介绍如下。将预先弯制成型的管路插入管螺母,放入对开锥
I produced QY-8 full hydraulic truck crane in the hydraulic pipeline there are four 17 (single) with welded pipe joints, see Figure 1. Welded pipe fittings in the manufacture and use of the following shortcomings: 1. Takeover to be cutting, both time-consuming and costly. 2.
