做好学校教学管理工作是教务人员的主要职责之一,也是提高学校竞争力的主要影响因素之一。那么,在中职学校的教学管理过程中,管理者应该从哪些方面入手来提高学校教育质量呢?通过对相关资料的学习以及实际管理中的经验,我们认为可以从教学思想的转变、教学方法的转变、教学手段的学习和应用以及评价体系的建设四个方面入手来为学校教学管理工作质量的提高做出相应的贡献,同时,也为学生的发展做好保障性工作。
