违反《食品卫生法》的主体即违反《食品卫生法》行为的责任人,是指违反《食品卫生法》的一切食品生产经营者,包括违法从事食品生产、加工、采购、储存、运输、销售、供应、陈列等活动的公民、法人或其它组织。随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立和完善,现代企业制度的建立,我国的经济体制改革进一步深化,违法主体的经济性质呈现多样化、复杂化,给卫生监督人员在实际监督执法工作中认定违法主体带来了很大困难。所以,每一个卫生监督人员必须高度重视违法主体认定的重要意义。首先,从违反食品卫生法的构成要件来看,作为四个构成要件
