This article selects 10 indicators of the per capita work load, bed utilization and efficacy, economic benefits, and patient medical expenses. We use the rank-sum ratio method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the management work of our hospital from 1991 to 1996. 1 Evaluation index 1.1 Workload per employee: 1 per capita annual outpatient visits; 2 per capita annual occupancy of the total bed days. 1.2 Bed Utilization and Curative Effect: 1 Bed Utilization Rate; 2 Average Day of Hospitalization Outpatients; 3 Treatment Effectiveness. 1.3 Economic Benefits: 1 per capita annual business income of employees; 2 hundred yuan
