采用斜拉索的天然气管道跨越工程,钢索内产生的张力(应力)很复杂,因此很难准确计算和测定钢索的张力。用常见的钢索测力仪,手持式应变仪以及仪器昂贵的磁力环法等,均因存缺陷而不够理想。而钢索张力在线测量仪则为钢索结构工程提供了一种有效的测量技术。应用GSL-Ⅱ型钢绳张力在线测量仪对涪江天然气跨越管桥斜拉索张力进行了在线测试,并依此对管桥索力进行了调整。实践表明该“测量仪”测量精度高,重量轻,使用维护方便,可广泛用于钢索结构工程。
Tension (stress) in cables is complicated by natural gas pipelines with stay cables, making it difficult to accurately calculate and measure the tension of the cable. With the common cable dynamometer, hand-held strain gauges and instruments expensive magnetic ring method, due to the existence of defects and not ideal. While the cable tension on-line measuring instrument provides an effective measuring technology for the cable structure engineering. The on-line testing of the cable tension of Fujiang natural gas crossing pipe-tube bridge was carried out by using GSL-Ⅱ-type steel wire tension on-line measuring instrument, and the cable tension of the pipe-bridge was adjusted accordingly. Practice shows that the “measuring instrument” measurement accuracy, light weight, easy to use and maintain, can be widely used in cable structure engineering.
