灰岩油藏,尤其是处于风化壳部位的灰岩油藏孔缝洞发育,钻井过程中钻井液漏失现象严重,会导致无法钻进或卡钻恶果。根据任平2井所在的储层特点和钻达3347~3390m井漏段,采用有机化学堵剂工艺技术较圆满地解决了这个问题。介绍了 TC—938化学剂及凝胶的性能,堵漏原理及在该井的现场应用,通过堵漏工艺技术分析看出应用化学剂堵漏工艺技术在任平2井的水平段堵漏施工十分成功,并取得了理想的效益。认为这是促进整体钻井工艺技术水平的一项新技术,值得推广。
