用稻草栽培平菇,比较普遍,但产量不高.究其原因,除菌种的原因外,还与草料疏松发菌慢,以及稻草表层不易完全腐解,常常是采菇一裸牵动一大片有关.为此笔者采用覆土栽培法,取得了满意的效果.供试原种由庐江县食用菌推广站提供,有高、中、低温型,分别是苏平1号、佛平、低温平菇,栽培种用棉子壳培养基.现将栽培程序简述如下:
