音乐教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,音乐教育对人的思想、行为和道德规范产生巨大的影响,贯穿于人的一生,具有全民性和终身性的特征。音乐教育对于人的成长、人格的形成,以及国家的民族精神和社会和谐稳定的发展都有非常大的作用。因此,充分挖掘音乐教育的内涵,发挥音乐教育育德、启智等各方面的功能,才能体现音乐教育对于全面提高国民素质的重要性。
Music education is an important part of quality education. Music education has great influence on people’s thoughts, behaviors and ethics. It runs through people’s whole life and has characteristics of universal character and life-long. Music education plays an important role in the growth of human beings, the formation of personality, as well as the development of national spirit and social harmony and stability. Therefore, to fully tap the connotation of music education and bring into play the functions of moral education and enlightenment in music education can the importance of music education for improving the overall quality of the nation be reflected.
