目的了解宁波市江东区社区卫生服务机构消毒灭菌状况,为改进和提高社区卫生服务机构消毒管理工作提供依据。方法通过现场采样和检测方法,对宁波市江东区社区卫生服务机构消毒质量进行监测和分析。结果连续3年从该区社区卫生服务机构共采集各类消毒对象1 102份,平均合格率为88.57%;2013-2015年各年度消毒质量平均合格率依次为83.82%、87.92%和93.10%,呈逐年上升趋势。使用中的消毒液、压力蒸汽灭菌和紫外线灯辐照强度全部符合要求,医务人员手卫生质量合格率为76.37%。结论该区社区卫生服务机构消毒质量监测合格率呈逐年上升趋势,应加强基层医护人员手卫生质量管理。
Objective To understand the situation of disinfection and sterilization of community health service institutions in Jiangdong District of Ningbo City, and to provide basis for improving and improving the disinfection and management of community health service institutions. Methods By means of on-site sampling and testing, the quality of disinfection of community health service institutions in Jiangdong District of Ningbo City was monitored and analyzed. Results A total of 1 102 disinfection targets were collected from community health service agencies in this district for three consecutive years with an average pass rate of 88.57%. The average pass rates of disinfection quality for each year from 2013 to 2015 were 83.82%, 87.92% and 93.10%, respectively, It is increasing year by year. In use of disinfectant, steam sterilization and UV lamp irradiation intensity all meet the requirements, medical staff hand hygiene quality pass rate was 76.37%. Conclusion The passing rate of disinfection quality monitoring of community health service agencies in this district has been increasing year by year. Hand hygiene quality management of grassroots medical staff should be strengthened.
