In recent years, the state has continuously increased its capital investment in agriculture and played a huge role in promoting the development of the agricultural economy. However, there is a problem of neglecting input in the construction of agricultural mechanization over the proportion of investment in supporting agriculture. The remarks made by Comrade Lei Yadong of the Agricultural Machinery Bureau of Yulin District of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region believe that this issue should be given due attention by the competent agricultural departments at all levels and proceed from reality in an all-round way in a balanced and coordinated manner. Take Guangxi as an example. During the “Seventh Five-year Plan” period, the input into the agricultural machinery sector of the grain-based counties in the whole autonomous region accounted for only 2.21% of the total investment, of which, the agricultural machinery sector in Yulin alone accounted for 1.06% of the entire region;
