运动舞蹈是通过拉丁舞、标准舞、爵士舞、民族舞蹈、街舞、拉拉舞、踢踏舞、有氧舞蹈、健身排舞、花样绳舞等体育艺术类风格舞种,结合体育的表现形式来实现强身健体的一项运动。运动舞蹈的本质在于把运动与艺术相融合,促进了健身与审美的完美结合。运动舞蹈是新时代人们精神与身体的需求,同时也具备了较高的美学价值。本文以此为背景,对运动舞蹈的特征做了简要分析,详细阐述了运动舞蹈的美学价值,以期促进我国运动舞蹈能够得以更好的传承与发展。
The sports dance is realized through the sports forms such as Latin dance, standard dance, jazz dance, folk dance, hip-hop, pull dance, tap dance, aerobic dance, fitness dance and dance, A physical exercise. The essence of sports dance lies in the integration of sports and art, which promotes the perfect combination of fitness and aesthetic. Sports dance is a new era of people’s spiritual and physical needs, but also have a higher aesthetic value. On the basis of this, this article makes a brief analysis of the characteristics of sports dance, elaborates the aesthetic value of sports dance in order to promote the better inheritance and development of sports dance in our country.
