齐齐哈尔和平机械厂热处理车间有8台燃油热处理炉,年耗油2500t,其中1号立式炉1000余吨。多年来炉子一直用冷风(冬天为-20～-30℃)作助燃风和雾化剂,使预热到80℃左右的重油温度下降,雾化质量严重恶化,油雾变成油流,部分流出炉外,部分流入炉底,经常发生突发性燃烧造成过高的炉温,不仅浪费重油,还严重影响产品质量。另外,由于重油雾化燃烧不好,炉子升温速度慢,每次开炉长达36h,影响炉子正常生产。
