目的:探讨联合检测血清肿瘤标记物AFP、CA-50、CA125、CA19-9和SCCAG在肿瘤诊断中的价值及其在40岁以上人群中肿瘤指标的检出率。方法:应用化学发光免疫分析方法和酶联免疫法检测正常健康人的血清中AFP、CA-50、CA125、CA19-9和SCCAG的水平。结果:1400名40岁以上人群,五项指标的异常检出率:AFP 0.29%,CEA 3.71%,CA125 0.57%,CA19-9 0.93%,SCCAG 0%。总异常检出率达到5.5%;不同年龄段异常检出率:50岁~70岁年龄段AFP异常率高于其它年龄段,50~70年龄段CEA异常率最高;CA125异常率几个年龄都有检出;CA19-9异常率与年龄关系不大。结论:运用联合检测多种肿瘤标记物可以提高肿癌诊断的敏感性,具有一定的应用价值。
Objective: To explore the value of combined detection of serum tumor markers AFP, CA-50, CA125, CA19-9 and SCCAG in the diagnosis of tumors and the detection rate of tumor markers in people over 40 years of age. Methods: The levels of AFP, CA-50, CA125, CA19-9 and SCCAG in normal healthy volunteers were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The abnormal detection rate of five indicators in 1400 people over the age of 40 was 0.29% for AFP, 3.71% for CEA, 0.57% for CA125, 0.93% for CA19-9 and 0% for SCCAG. The total abnormality detection rate reached 5.5%. The detection rate of anomaly in different age groups: The abnormal rate of AFP in 50-70 years old group was higher than that in other age groups, and the abnormal rate of CEA in 50-70 years old group was the highest. Have detected; CA19-9 abnormal rate and age has little to do. Conclusion: The combined detection of multiple tumor markers can improve the sensitivity of tumor diagnosis, which has a certain value.
