对具有正常心脏神经支配的6例依赖起搏器患者,6例解剖上去心脏植物神经支配的心脏移植病人(但可对循环中的儿茶酚胺起反应)和9例已证实有植物神经病变的糖尿病患者,进行24小时动态心电图监测,以探讨植物神经系统对QT间期昼夜变化的影响.QT和RR间期可从时间的间隔进行测量,当窦性心律时,采用Bazett公式所有校正QT间期.所有的QT间期均经过标准化处理,然后对每例病人的24小时平均QT间期进行分组,同时以百分数
