李文华教授认为:生态小康是一个系统问题。为求温饱而破坏环境的行为,应通过生态补偿的方式来得到遏制和避免。光靠民间自发是不够的——税收的转移、政府的协调应起到决定性的作用。
Professor Li Wenhua believes that: a well-off society is a systematic problem. The act of destroying the environment for food and clothing should be checked and avoided through the way of ecological compensation. It is not enough to depend on private spontaneity - the transfer of taxes and the coordination of the government should play a decisive role.
