新常态下非公有制经济为中国市场带来了活力,但是中小企业的发展不成熟和诸多局限,使非公有制经济人士弘扬企业家精神在竞争中显得更为重要。新常态下非公有制人士弘扬企业家精神就是要发扬迎难而上敢于拼搏的精神、努力推动企业创新发展、积极承担社会责任和增强法治观念等。
Under the new normal, the non-public ownership economy has brought vitality to the Chinese market. However, due to the immature development and limitations of SMEs, it is even more important for the non-public sector of the economy to carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit in the competition. Under the new normal, the promotion of entrepreneurship by non-public ownership people means that we should carry forward the spirit of facing difficulties and daring to fight hard, strive to promote the innovation and development of enterprises, actively assume social responsibilities and enhance the concept of the rule of law.
