近年来,内蒙古自治区打破依靠能源、基础原材料为代表的单一产业结构发展模式,资源型产业和非资源型产业、传统优势产业和战略性新兴产业多元化发展的格局逐步形成。不过,尽管一批战略性新兴产业已显露出骄人的发展态势,但在成长初期仍存在诸多问题。专家建议,需通过加强宏观政策引导、构建科技创新体系、提供金融支持,多措并举带动战略性新兴产业健康发展。成效显著自《内蒙古自治区人民政府关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的实施意见》发布实施以来,内蒙古的战略新兴产业专项资金共扶持了190个建设项
In recent years, Inner Mongolia Municipality has broken the single industrial structure development model represented by energy and basic raw materials. The pattern of diversified development of resource-based industries and non-resource-based industries, traditional dominant industries and strategic emerging industries has taken shape. However, although a group of strategic emerging industries have shown a remarkable trend of development, there are still many problems in their early stages of growth. Experts suggest that we need to strengthen macroeconomic policy guidance, build a science and technology innovation system and provide financial support, and make every effort to promote the healthy development of strategic emerging industries. Outstanding Achievements Since the implementation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Government’s Opinions on Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of Strategic Emerging Industries, the special funds for strategic emerging industries in Inner Mongolia have supported a total of 190 construction projects
