病历摘要郭××,女,41岁,农民。于1986年4月15日入院。患者于入院前5日因过度疲劳突感上腹部刷烈疼痛,伴大汗、恶心,呕吐胃内容物数次,并有胸闷、气短、胸骨后压迫感。腹痛持续2小时左右缓解。当日去某县医院就诊,以“消化道疾病”入院,经吸氧、止痛及静滴红霉素治疗2天出院。出院当夜又出现严重上腹痛,疼痛性质、持续时间及伴发症状与上次相似,急诊入我院。既往有腰椎结核及甲状腺机能亢
