当前,在大众创新、万众创业理念的感召下,越来越多的高校学生与地方青年积极投身创新创业。面对创业青年的需求与困惑,高校挂职团干依托地方团组织与派出高校的力量,从政策指导、资金扶持、交流互助等方面进行了积极尝试,并取得了一定成效。新常态下,高校挂职团干应针对校地各自的优势与需求,切实把握发展大局、青年需求及市场动态,积极营造创业氛围、提供创业帮扶,并开展创业指导,切实为校地青年提供全方位的创业服务。
At present, under the encouragement of mass innovation and the concept of creating many businesses, more and more college students and local youth are actively engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship.
