加强民生资金监管是财政部门的重要责任。围绕管好用好民生资金,近几年来,广西财政厅一直将民生政策的全面落实和民生资金的安全合规有效使用作为财政支出监管的重要内容,并选择资金量大、涉及面广、社会热切关注的民生资金加大监督检查力度。通过积极主动创新,整合监督资源,延伸监督触角,织牢监督网络,有效构建民生资金联合监管机制,努力破解民生资金监管难题,取得了良好效果。
Strengthening people’s livelihood funds supervision is the financial department’s important responsibility. In recent years, Guangxi Provincial Department of Finance has been taking the livelihood policy of the full implementation of livelihood security and effective use of funds as an important aspect of financial expenditure regulation, and select a large amount of funds, involving a wide range of social Livelihood funds eagerly concerned about stepping up supervision and inspection. We have achieved good results by proactively innovating, integrating and supervising resources, extending the tentacles of supervision, establishing a network of supervision, effectively establishing a joint supervision mechanism for people’s livelihood funds, and working hard to crack down on the supervision of people’s livelihood funds.
