本文提出工科院校管理类专业教师需要轮流到工厂企业和实际经济部门,从事实际管理工作,才能提高教师水平。同时着重提出目前我国高校管理专业需要增加教师编制,改善师资结构。管理专业的教师合理结构应当是1:2:4:3(教授:副教授:讲师:助教)。按照管理科学、管理工程的二级学科来设置教学岗位,并以此来确定教师职务的编制指标。
This paper proposes that the management of professional teachers in engineering universities need to take turns to the factory business and the actual economic sector, to engage in practical management, in order to improve the level of teachers. At the same time, it puts forward emphatically that at present, university management major in our country needs to increase the teacher preparation and improve the teacher structure.
