目的:通过研究核转录因子-κB(Nuclear Kappa B,NF-κB)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)在亚临床甲减孕鼠胎盘组织中的变化,分析亚临床甲减孕鼠早期先兆流产的发生机制。方法:采用免疫组织化学法、Western blot检测NF-κB和MMP-9在亚临床甲减孕鼠胎盘组织中(E10)和正常组中的表达情况,分析二者与亚临床甲减孕鼠早期先兆流产的相关性。结果:NF-κB和MMP-9在亚临床甲减孕鼠胎盘组织中的阳性表达率分别为16.7%和50.0%,而在正常组胎盘组织中的阳性率分别为83.3%和100.0%,差异均有统计学意义;Western blot检测结果与免疫组织化学检测结果基本一致。结论:NF-κB和MMP-9在亚临床甲减孕鼠胎盘组织中低表达,导致滋养细胞侵袭力下降,对判断妊娠期亚临床甲减早期先兆流产发生机制具有重要指导意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of placental tissue in subclinical hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism) rats by studying the changes of Nuclear Kappa B (NF-κB) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) Hypothyroidism in rats early threatened abortion mechanism.
