毛泽东一生中有过很多秘书,其中最著名的当数胡乔木、陈伯达和田家英。我们从毛泽东与他的三位秘书的交往中,可以获得不少借鉴和启迪。毛泽东欣赏有思想、有学问的人毛泽东本人集思想家、政治家、军事家、书法家和诗人于一身,好学勤恩,博古通今,所以,作为他的秘书也必须是高水平的。毛泽东的几位主要秘书都是经他本人发现和挑选的。毛泽东认为:“有了学问,好比站在山上,可以看到很远很多的东西;没有学问,如在暗沟里走路,摸索不着,那会苦煞人。”因此,毛泽东选秘书的一个重要标准必须是“有学问”。
