灵芝的生长发育需要一定的氮素营养,氮素是灵芝合成氨基酸,蛋白质、核酸和细胞质的主要成分。为了取得灵芝栽培的高产、优质,我们进行了不同氮源对灵芝生长发育的影响研究,现将结果报告如下。 一、材料与方法 (一)试验材料 菌种为泰山赤灵芝,玉米粒原种培养22天。五种氮源为硝酸钠、硫酸铵,尿素、花生饼、豆饼。 (二)试验方法 设五个处理及对照,每处理重复10次。栽培袋规格为35×15cm,袋装棉子壳200g,各
