用基因重组干扰素γ（ｒＩＦＮ－γ）１．０×１０￣６Ｕ治疗类风湿关节炎（ＲＡ）患者并检测多项免疫学指标。结果表明，患者的总Ｔ淋巴细胞、Ｌ／Ｔ＿８比值无明显改变，淋巴细胞表达Ｔａｃ抗原和ＭＨＣⅡ类抗原的水平亦与治疗前相近；但淋巴细胞转化率由治疗前的异常升高降至正常范围，单核细胞ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ表达由６８％提高至７９％，ＨＬＡ－ＤＰ、－ＤＱ的表达则增加了一倍以上。上述结果提示ｒＩＦＮ－γ对ＲＡ具有较强的体内免疫调节作用。
Patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were treated with rIFN-γ 1.0 × 10 ~ 6U and tested for a number of immunological parameters. The results showed that there was no significant change in the ratio of L / T 8 between T lymphocytes and Tac antigen and MHC class II antigen in lymphocytes. The lymphocyte transformation rate decreased from normal before treatment to normal The range of HLA-DR expression in monocytes increased from 68% to 79%, and the expression of HLA-DP and -DQ more than doubled. The above results suggest that rIFN-γ has strong in vivo immunomodulatory effect on RA.
