在体制转轨、社会转型的新形势下,我们既面临“黄金发展期”,又处于“矛盾凸显期”,社会还有不稳定因素。正确处理新形势下人民内部矛盾,完善社会纠纷调处和社会利益协调机制,促进社会和谐,紧迫而重要,机遇和挑战同在。如何认识劳动关系矛盾的性质和特点,如何构建和谐劳动关系,我谈点粗浅认识。
Under the new situation of institutional transition and social transformation, we not only face the “golden period of development” but also the “period of prominent contradictions”, as well as social instability. To correctly handle the contradictions among the people under the new situation, improve the coordination mechanism for the mediation of social disputes and social interests, and promote social harmony are urgent and important with the same opportunities and challenges. How to understand the nature and characteristics of the contradictions in labor relations and how to build harmonious labor relations, let me talk about superficial understanding.
