活力委员会关于种子活力与田间出苗率九年联合试验的结果表明,试验种子批的选择会影响得出结果的可靠性。为了提高不同试验站之间结果的重演性,在今后的研究中要进一步严格控制试验条件及幼苗评价的主观性。田间出苗率的试验指出,有些作物(如豌豆、小麦和玉米),对土壤环境变化的反应是规律的,活力测定的应用是可行的;另一些作物(如胡萝卜、糖甜菜),鉴于当前对土壤限制因素与种子相互作用方面的认识水平,活力测定很难得到令人满意的结果。在《活力测定手册》中,已介绍了活力测定的现状。
The results of a nine-year joint trial of the Viability Committee on seed vigor and emergence in the field showed that the choice of test seed lot affected the reliability of the results.
