俗话说“三九补一冬,来年无病痛”。冬日进补是我国几千年来用以防病强身的传统。冬令进补能使营养物质转化的能量最大限度地贮存体内,滋养五脏。人们可在饮食上进行适当的调养,有的放矢地食用一些滋阴潜阳、热量较高的膳食,以抵御冷空气的侵袭。但进补不宜过于燥热,应以温补为主,少食生冷。可以清补甘温之味,如鸡、鸭、鱼类和甘润生津之品,以甜品、冰糖为宜。同时还要多吃新鲜蔬菜,以避免维生素缺乏。
