[现状]历来以制造业见长的江苏,近年成为国际资本和产业转移的热点地区.外商在江苏直接投资的600多亿美元中.超过500亿美元集中在制造业领域。同样值得重视的是.大部分外企向我们转移的制造业务大都处于价值链的最低端,而真正拥有核心技术、附加价值高的产品甚少在江苏研发和生产,在技术上受制于人的江苏制造业
[Status Quo] Jiangsu, which has always been a manufacturing industry, has become a hot spot for the transfer of international capital and industries in recent years, with more than 60 billion U.S. dollars in foreign direct investment in Jiangsu, and more than 50 billion U.S. dollars in manufacturing industries. It is also worth noting that most of the manufacturing operations that most foreign companies have shifted to us are mostly at the lowest end of the value chain. Products that really possess the core technologies and high added value are rarely researched and developed in Jiangsu, and are technically constrained by Jiangsu’s manufacturing industry
