我院ICU病房于1991年开诊,它担负着疑难危重患者手术后以及重大工业外伤患者病情监测、抢救和治疗的任务,安装一台计算机并为其设计了知识库及应用软件,现报道如下。一、知识库框架及知识的三种描述在参考北京阜外医院ICU手册和我院的工作实际,利用人工智能语言LISP,采用“框架”的结构。它包括:进入ICU、循环管理、呼吸管理、水电解质和酸碱平衡管理、抗生素和感染管理、营养管理、消化系统并发症、出凝血管理、急性肾功不全、附录表格、收费标准等11个框架。每个框架的“槽”数以及每个槽的“侧面”数是依知识表达的实际需要设定的.例如“呼吸管理”框架有呼吸器急症、气
