通过对一些腰腿痛患者进行局部封闭治疗观察，发现腰脊神经后支与腰腿痛密切相关。复习腰脊神经后支的解剖特点认为，由于腰脊神经后支内侧支、后外侧支在其各自的行程中，分别通过骨纤维孔、骨纤维管或腰背筋膜裂隙，尤其是腰脊神经后内侧支在骨纤维管内呈特殊的“Ｓ”形行程。所以，当构成上述孔道的肌腱或筋膜长期受到反复牵拉或扭挫引起损伤时，就可导致临床腰腿痛的发生
