目的:调查开放式心理科医护人员的心理状况,分析其心理状况影响因素,为制定心理干预措施提供指导依据。方法:选取浙江省杭州市第七人民医院开放式心理科全体医护人员31名,采用心理健康评定量表和症状自评量表进行调查,分析影响开放式心理科医护人员心理状况的因素和调护心理状况的影响因素。结果:不同开放式心理科医护人员的心理状况各异,且影响其心理状况和调护心理的因素各异,主要以工作压力、经济压力、心理承受能力等影响因素为主。此外,经济情况、心理承受能力等也会影响调护心理。结论:分析影响开放式心理科医护人员心理状况的因素,制定针对性调适方案,引导科医护人员积极向上,确保其健康心理,以为患者提供优质的护理服务。
Objective: To investigate the psychology of open psychiatric staff, analyze the influencing factors of mental health status, and provide guidance for the development of psychological intervention. Methods: Totally 31 medical staff members of open psychology department of Seventh People’s Hospital of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province were selected. The mental health assessment scale and symptom checklist were used to investigate the factors influencing the psychological status of the open psychology department and the nursing interventions Psychological factors. Results: The psychology conditions of different open psychology department staff were different, and the factors affecting their psychological status and psychology were different. The main factors were working pressure, economic pressure and psychological endurance. In addition, economic conditions, psychological affordability, etc. will also affect the nursing psychology. Conclusion: This paper analyzes the factors that influence the psychology of open psychology department staff and formulates targeted adjustment programs to lead the medical staff to make positive progress and ensure their healthy psychology so as to provide the patients with high-quality nursing services.
