对新戊二醇和己二酸的聚酯化动力学进行了研究。根据Hu -Wang所推导的采用质量浓度单位 (mol.kg-1)时 ,消除排除水影响的总包聚酯化反应方程 ,对Flory和Lin的动力学方程进行了修正。考察了反应温度、单体浓度、反应时间等参量与聚酯化反应速率的关系。研究结果表明 ,在各种温度下聚酯化反应的转化率在 87.75 %~ 95 .1 8%之间。在整个温度变化范围内 ,新戊二醇与己二酸的反应规律符合校正水体积影响之后的Lin所提出的动力学方程 ,而不遵循Flory所提出的动力学模型。
Polyesterization kinetics of neopentyl glycol and adipic acid were studied. Based on the generalized polyester reaction equation deduced by Hu -Wang when mass concentration unit (mol.kg-1) was eliminated, the kinetic equation of Flory and Lin was modified. The relationship between the parameters such as reaction temperature, monomer concentration, reaction time and polyesterification reaction rate was investigated. The results show that at various temperatures, the conversion of polyesterification is between 87.75% and 95.18%. The reaction between neopentyl glycol and adipic acid in the whole temperature range is in accordance with the kinetic equation proposed by Lin after correcting for the effect of water volume instead of following the kinetic model proposed by Flory.
