Objective To explore the risk of blood contact by studying the risk factors of hepatitis B infection and hepatitis C virus infection in blood donors. Methods 485 cases of HBsAg positive, 305 cases of anti-HCV antibodies positive blood donors and 1581 cases of both negative blood donors were case-control study, multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus infection Of blood exposure to dangerous behaviors and attribution of risk at risk behaviors (PAR). Results Six blood-screening dangerous behaviors related to hepatitis B virus infection were screened out: history of muscular injection 10 years ago, family history of hepatitis B, use of common razor, ear hole history, history of dental treatment, history of acupuncture, Were 0.449,0.066,0.251,0.092,0.129,0.038, the general population attributable risk was 68%; seven dangerous behaviors associated with hepatitis C virus infection: the use of shared razor, blood transfusion history, family history of hepatitis B, history of tattoo, dental treatment History, wear ear hole history, history of muscle injection 10 years ago, the risk attributable to their population were 0.351,0.024,0.089,0.063,0.163,0.078,0.149, the general population attributable risk was 62%. Conclusion Danger of blood contact risk of hepatitis B and hepatitis C virus infection in blood donors is common risk of using the common razor, family history of hepatitis B, transfusion history, intramuscular injection history 10 years ago, tattoo history, history of dental treatment, etc. to avoid the above risk of blood exposure and reduce infection Hepatitis B, hepatitis C virus probability.
