中学教育是为国家培养和输送人才的关键环节,全民素质教育是当期我国的教育方针,而中学生音乐素质教育是中学素质教育的重要组成部分。加强和推广中学生音乐素质教育在促进中学生全面健康发展中起着举足轻重的作用,它不仅能为学生营造一个充满艺术气息的文化氛围,也有利于提高学生的音乐鉴赏力、审美观。因此,我们应高度重视和提高中学生音乐素质教育。但当前中学生音乐素质教育形势不容乐观,中学教育者应重视中学生音乐素质教育,并设法采取措施改变当前音乐素质教育的现状。
Middle school education is a key link for the cultivation and delivery of talents for the country. Quality education for all is the education policy of our country at that time, and music quality education for middle school students is an important part of secondary education. To strengthen and promote the education of middle school students’ music quality plays an important role in promoting the comprehensive and healthy development of middle school students.
