目的 临床观察富马酸福莫特罗（ 安通克） 片剂治疗轻、中度支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 支气管哮喘患者９０ 例，随机分成Ａ、Ｂ两组，Ａ 组６０ 例接受安通克片剂２片／ 次（４０μｇ／ 片） ，２ 次／ 天，口服治疗。Ｂ 组３０ 例接受安通克片剂１ 片／ 次，２ 次／ 天，口服治疗。两组治疗均为７ 天，对所有患者治疗前后的临床症状、肺功能及不良反应进行了随访观察和测定。结果 肺功能ＦＥＶ１ 改善Ａ 组好转率为８１ ．６７％ ，Ｂ组为８０ ．００ ％ 。治疗期间ＰＥＦ值早、晚测定均有不同程度的增加，且早、晚ＰＥＦ变异率趋向缩小，提示哮喘症状呈逐步稳定状态。Ａ、Ｂ两组咳嗽有效率分别为７６ ．６７％ 和７３．３３ ％ ；痰量减少症状改善有效率分别为７１．６７ ％ 和６３．３３ ％ ；喘息症状的改善有效率分别为８５ ％ 和７６．６７ ％ 。治疗期间Ａ 组出现心悸５ 例（８ ．３ ％ ） ，手抖３ 例（５ ．０ ％ ） ，头痛１ 例（１ ．６７ ％ ） 。Ｂ 组出现不良反应３ 例（１０ ％ ） ，均为心悸，症状较轻微，能继续接受治疗。结论 安通克片４０ ～８０μｇ／ 次，２ 次／ 天，口服对哮喘治疗效果明显；不良反应较少，且轻微，可供临床广泛使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of formoterol fumarate (AnTongKe) tablets in the treatment of mild and moderate acute asthma attacks. Methods A total of 90 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A received 60 tablets of AnTongKe twice daily (40μg / tablet) twice a day for oral treatment. 30 patients in group B received AnTongKe tablet 1 tablet / time, 2 times / day, oral treatment. The two groups were treated for 7 days, all patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, lung function and adverse reactions were observed and measured. Results Pulmonary function FEV1 improved the improvement rate of group A 81. 67% in group B and 80 in group B. 00%. During the treatment, the PEF value of morning and evening were increased to some extent, and the variation rate of PEF in early and late days tended to decrease, suggesting that the symptoms of asthma were gradually stabilized. The effective rates of cough in groups A and B were 76. 67% and 73.33% respectively. The effective rates of reducing sputum volume and symptom reduction were 71.67% and 63.33% respectively. The effective rates of improvement of wheezing were 85% and 76.67% respectively. In group A, palpitation occurred in 5 cases (8.3%), hand trembling in 3 cases (5.0%) and headache in 1 case (1.67%). B group showed adverse reactions in 3 cases (10%), all palpitations, minor symptoms, can continue to receive treatment. Conclusions Antong Tablets 40 ~ 80μg / time, 2 times / day, oral treatment of asthma obvious effect; less adverse reactions, and mild, widely available for clinical use.
