政治思想工作者是一个企业内宣传、组织、沟通的纽带。在社会环境、意识形态急速变化的今天,职工的心理问题也随之变得突出和多样化,加之普遍企业没有设置专门的心理辅导岗位,政治思想工作者必须协助企业相关部门发挥自身对职工的心理疏导和指引作用。本文从建立职工信息基础库、职工个人职业规划指导、工作及生活中心理问题的疏导、社会事件干预、辅导注意事项等方面展开讨论政治思想工作者如何更好地做好职工心理辅导、干预工作,这对个人、企业及社会均带来积极的意义。
