目的评价膳食纤维对中国成年人体内多种维生素吸收的影响。方法采用开放、双周期、交叉试验设计,选择12名中国成年受试者,以代谢动力学的研究方法评价受试者在口服多种维生素(A、B1、B2、C、D、E)后,高、低膳食纤维膳食对受试者体内维生素吸收的影响。结果血清维生素A、B2、C、D、E的达峰浓度和浓度-时间曲线下面积,以及0-4h尿中维生素B1排出量在高、低膳食纤维组均无统计学差异。结论高纤维膳食对维生素A、B1、B2、C、D、E在成年人体内的吸收没有明显抑制或促进作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dietary fiber on absorption of multivitamins in Chinese adults. Methods A total of 12 adult Chinese subjects were selected by open, double cycle and crossover design. Metabolic kinetic method was used to evaluate the effect of oral administration of multivitamins (A, B1, B2, C, D and E) Effect of high and low dietary fiber diet on vitamin absorption in subjects. Results There was no significant difference between the peak concentration of vitamin A, B2, C, D, E and the area under the concentration - time curve, and the excretion of vitamin B1 in urine in 0-4 h in high and low dietary fiber groups. Conclusion High-fiber diet does not significantly inhibit or promote the uptake of vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D and E in adults.
