月月红又名太阳花,本是居室裁种的盆景,但笔者发现它有清热利湿解毒、宽肠利气之功,近年来临床应用月月红的嫩叶(鲜品去花),治疗细菌性痢疾共30例,疗效显著。兹举例如下:陈某某,男,9岁,1990年7月14日初诊。下脓血便6天,日20余次,里急后重,伴发热恶寒、呕吐、不思饮食、精神困倦、腹痛、尿少、舌苔黄腻、脉濡数,曾服土霉素、SG药片及肌注庆大霉素等药,但疗效不显,大便常规化验可见脓细胞。西医诊断.细菌性痢疾。中医辨证:湿热痢。药用:月月红鲜草200克,白糟30克,加冷开水适量捣烂鲜草取汁,一日分两次口服,2夭获愈。
