改革开放二十年来,成人高等教育为现代化建设培养了大批应用型人才的同时,自身也得到空前发展.特别是随着知识经济的来临和科教兴国战略的实施,以及终身教育、继续教育、岗位培训等多种成人教育形式日益受到人们的广泛重视,为成人教育事业的进一步发展开辟了更加广阔的空间.本文从合理配置成人教育资源、规范化管理以及大力发展职业技术教育等几个方面阐述一下个人观点.
