改革开放三十多年,我国的经济得到了迅速提升,人民生活水平得以改善,医疗卫生体制也在不断的经济改革中发生了变化,我国医疗卫生行业的竞争更加激烈。公立医院作为我国医改的重头戏,在改进医疗服务质量、不断降低运营成本、增强公立医院的核心竞争力、提高医院的整体管理水平等方面都必须加大改革的力度。绩效管理在公立医院的实践中取得了一定的成绩的。本文将就新医改背景下医院的绩效考核体系设置中存在的问题进行分析,并对相应的对策进行思考。
In the thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s economy has been rapidly upgraded, the people’s living standards have been improved, the health care system has also undergone changes in the ongoing economic reform, and the competition in the medical and health care industry in our country has become more fierce. As the highlight of medical reform in China, public hospitals must intensify the reform in improving the quality of medical services, continuously reducing operating costs, enhancing the core competitiveness of public hospitals and improving the overall management of hospitals. Performance management has achieved some success in the practice of public hospitals. This article will analyze the existing problems in the setting of the hospital performance appraisal system under the background of new medical reform, and think about the corresponding countermeasures.
