我国经济发展迅速的同时,必然会带动城市的发展。我国城市规划结合空间资源在符合当地可持续发展的基础上,对资源进行一定的规划,在合理利用城市土地和空间的情况下,使城市空间能够符合更多人生存,并且尽可能保留当地的生态环境,从而使当地的城市能够更好的朝向可持续发展的方向发展。其根本目标是城市的规划要从战略性眼光出发,所规划的城市空间格局要以带动当地经济发展为前提,让经济和生态环境能够和谐发展。城市布局以及环境对人们生活有着直接影响,由于我国城市规划理论和技术相对国外并不成熟,因此在规划过程中会存在一定的问题,本文主要针对城市规划管理存在问题及措施进行探析。

Its fundamental goal is to start from a strategic perspective in urban planning. The planned urban spatial pattern should be based on the premise of boosting the local economic development so that the economic and ecological environment can develop harmoniously. Urban layout and environment have a direct impact on people’s life. Due to the fact that the theory and technology of urban planning in our country are not mature relative to foreign countries, there will be some problems in the planning process. This article mainly analyzes the problems and measures of urban planning and management.
