本文对病毒感染后肝细胞凋亡现象及其免疫学诱导机制、基因调控机制等进行了综述,从一个新的角度阐述了病毒性肝炎及肝细胞癌的发病机理。
In this paper, the phenomenon of hepatocyte apoptosis after virus infection and its immunological induction mechanism, gene regulation mechanism and so on are reviewed, and the pathogenesis of viral hepatitis and hepatocellular carcinoma is expounded from a new perspective.
